Rest assured — if an item breaks at any time, we’ve got you covered.

Simply email support@custxmcollection.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a return label so you can ship it back for a repair or replacement.

Please note:

Each warranty covers one item only. If you have multiple items, each will require its own separate warranty.
