Just email support@custxmcollection.com with your order number and we will send you a return label to ship back asap for repair or replacement 

This will only be able to be bundled with 1 item. Each item will need its own repair warranty 


 

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 2-3 days to receive your tracking number via email or phone number you gave us at checkout 

After you receive your tracking # please allow about 48 hours for tracking number to update

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of order date, if any delays do come up we will notify you via email or phone number

We ship with USPS or UPS, you have the choice 

All is same for international shipping, but we WILL NOT cover customs fees, and if the item isn't deliverable due to insufficient address we will deduct shipping fees from your refund
